SEO explained

Getting to the Google search engine’s first page is considered a holy grail by many web content publishers. Analytics tells us that 50% of people searching on Google click on the 1st result, 25% on the 2nd, and 25% on the 3rd. Therefore being the first in Google is vital. Without mincing words, we give you a short SEO explained masterclass on how to get out first on Google, with particular focus on the following attributes: keywords, domain, landing page, page rank, outbound links, inbound links, link building, content, and social SEO.

SEO EXPLAINED: Now, how can you rank on SERPS

  1. SEO tricks with keywords to be number 1 in Google
Analyze and choose well the keywords for which you want to position yourself in Google. They must be from searches that are done a lot on the search engine. For this, we recommend using:
Google’s keyword tool: that shows how many times each search is done per month on Google.
Related searches: which Google shows after the first ten results when you search.
  2. Improve web positioning in Google with your domain
The name of the field is the most important in the medium term for SEO strategies. If the search matches the domain name precisely, there is a good chance of being the first one in that search. It is interesting to register domains – if they are available – that exactly match the keyword that interests your audience.
  3. Position yourself with a landing page
Make pages within your website specially designed for keywords that are of interest to your niche. On this page, the most important thing is the title (title tag in HTML); and, more importantly, the beginning of the title. If the title is long, the first words must be the keywords. The keywords must also be formatted in h1, h2, h3 tags (headers, headlines, or letters in large or bolded size).
  4. Use internal or external links
Include both internal and external links in the web page’s text, but without going over and spamming with the keywords; this way, you might get Mr. Google angry, hence penalizing you. It seems natural, and the keywords should not appear more than 2% compared to the whole page.
  5. Position in Google by getting a higher page rank
In short, the page rank is essential in the classification of each page by Google. However, this depends on the number of links from the vital pages you receive. The more page rank you have, the more times Google brings your content up in searches. To position in Google, you have to tell Google which are the essential pages of your website by putting internal links. These pages may be the landing pages that you have prepared. To achieve this, using the anchor text (link text) towards landing pages is critical.
  6. Social SEO tricks to appear on Google
Social networks add more weight to Google. They are also a good source of traffic (regardless of Google). Over time, they will become increasingly important.
Open an account on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn and leave messages with links to your website. Also, it is important to have followers, friends, or quality contacts.
  7. Good contents
It’s always great to leave the best for the last. If many say that the content is king, then the queen must be the SEO, or rather, the government’s president. Now, no jokes: offering good content is essential because it makes people link you naturally. If you update the content frequently, Google will visit you more, index you more, and the contents will go out more in searches.

After implementing all of the above: you’ll have to exercise patience. Positioning takes time in Google; sometimes months and sometimes years, depending on the competition in the searches for which we are trying to occupy the first positions. However, SEO always helps you win in the long-run in the race for the top spot.
